Disaster is a tragedy of mage proportion and multiple dimensions, of which social dimension is considered the most damaging, which at times, lingers on for generations. Through a tailored and prompt policy initiative, its effects can be minimized. Now, climate change has brought Pakistan where, across the year, there is too little or too much water in the system, which induce disasters.
